Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At Heavy Recoil Club, we prioritize speed and transparency. Please review our fulfillment standards below to ensure you know exactly when to expect your gear.

Lead Times & Dispatch

  • Standard Processing: We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Weekend Processing: While we occasionally prepare and pack shipments during the weekend, couriers do not collect or deliver packages during this time. If your order is prepared on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be picked up by the carrier on the following business day.

  • Service Updates: If any situational delays occur, we will post updates prominently on our website header, Discord, and social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We use premium carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • International (Global): All orders are shipped via DHL Express for the fastest possible delivery.

  • USA Orders: Due to current tariff regulations, shipments to the United States are sent via PostNL. Once the package enters the USA, it is transferred to USPS for final delivery.

Order Fulfillment & Consolidation

To ensure efficiency and minimize shipping errors, we operate under a Complete Shipment policy:

  • Stock Status: We only ship an order once every item is physically in stock and ready for dispatch.

  • Consolidated Shipping: If your order contains pre-orders, back-orders, or re-ordered items, the entire package will be held until the final item arrives at our warehouse. We do not offer partial shipments for single orders.

Pro Tip: If you need in-stock items urgently, we recommend placing separate orders for "In-Stock" and "Pre-order/Re-ordered" products.
